Terms and conditions for the advertiser.
Definition:
Dolphinremovals.co.uk and all other subsidiaries and affiliates such as "the company", "the/this website", "our", "we", "us" provides the information displayed on this website. Visitors and all other subsidiaries such as "the user", "you", "your". The company is only responsible for the maintenance and publishing of the website/ website material and takes no responsibility for the content submitted by the user.
The Agreement:
This document constitutes an agreement between the company and you, the user. From the date of our accepting this agreement, we agree to provide you with access to this service.
The minimum contract term is one year, unless terminated by either party.
Charge Update
All charges will be updated once a year and you will be notified of any changes, if applicable, at least one month in advance. If new charges apply, they will be valid from the first day after your previous contract expires.
Invoicing
All invoices are strictly payable within 30 days. The company reserves the right to charge interest at 4% on late payments and to put the subscription on hold in the event of non-payment.
Termination:
Either party may cancel the agreement 14 days in advance by sending a notice of termination stating the date of cancellation. Termination of the agreement does not remove the customers responsibility to pay all fees up to date of termination. Charges will be calculated on a monthly basis and any credit owed will be paid within one calendar month.

By using this site, you, the user will:
* Post an accurate description of your company and your load/vehicle.
* remove out of date loads and vehicles or loads/ vehicle that are no longer available on both notice boards.
* Refrain form submitting any material which may be indecent, unlawful or obscene.
* Not breach any laws that may infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties
* Comply with any legislation associated with submitted material.
* Not pass on or divulge any information contained within this website, particularly your login details to any third party.
* Hereby indemnify us against any loss, damage or expense incurred by your use of our service.
* Not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm dolphinremovals.co.uk or the interests and/or property of dolphinremovals.co.uk users.
* Not quote unrealistic prices to users in order to get business. We are providing a service to the removal industry, not to ruin it.
* Not collect information about users of our service, including email addresses without consent.
Disclaimer
Our company will not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, expense or damage incurred by you as a result of using our service. This applies to direct, indirect or consequential usage.
Dolphinremovals.co.uk does not endorse, support or vouch for any organisation(s) or person(s) using our service and does not warrant and or guarantee the accuracy of the content submitted by any organisation(s) or person(s).
Dolphinremovals.co.uk reserves the right to remove any material submitted or posted by the user, without notice to you, if it is deemed to be detrimental or damaging to the function of our service.
The company is not responsible for any arrangements made between users of this site.
Release
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
